Homairo is the only Kyoto-style Chinese restaurant in Kyoto that follows the flow of “Homai-lineage”, which is familiar to Kyoto people.

Our shop features a wide variety of seasonings. It is based on the basic tastes of hemp, spicy, sour, sweet, bitter, and salt. Variations in main flavors such as spicy, sour, pepper, ginger juice, sugar vinegar, fish flavor, and strange taste are created by cooking changes such as master and servant, thickness, and amount.

When cooking, sourness, sweetness, saltiness and spicy or spicy flavors are combined in one dish, and the unique taste of the main ingredients and seasonings added without impairing the taste creates an exquisite harmony.
